The MTC3 Zwift Developmental series starts Oct 1st and run through March 31. Last “off” season we had rides Mondays nad Tuesdays. This season we add a third ride and change up the difficulty. Always check the ride calendar (link) as rides may be added or removed last minute. This page is a listing of the seasonal standing weekly rides.

WHAT TO WEAR? Before the ride starts please change to the "Basic 5" kit. It has our club colors of black and red and looks dope when we ride in a pack. Have you seen the screenshots?

HOW TO GET ON THIS RIDE? We utilize the "meetup" feature in Zwift. Jason Ward sends out invites about 1 week in advance. If you want an invite then send Jason Ward a message or follow him and put "MTC3" at the end of your name so you stand out.

Mellow Monday

New to Zwift? Here is the beginner ride or maybe you just want to hang out, chat and spin your legs.

WHO IS THIS RIDE FOR? This is the quintessential development ride. The concentration is more about keeping the group together and learning Zwift. If the pace is not challenging enough feel free to ride ahead. Keep chat open. The course chosen is usually short loops and flat so even if folks ride ahead they will run into us again … and again.

WHAT IS THE PACE? The pace is <1.5 w/kg. Feel free to ride ahead of the ride leader and regroup anytime. If you see a sprint on our course then feel free to hammer down - even the ride leader may partake. We will regroup immediately after.

Turn Up Tuesday

This is the ride for you once you are comfortable with Zwift and want more of a challenge from the Monday ride. This ride is only slightly faster than Mondays ride - don't let the name intimidate you. Still could be considered an endurance ride with a sprinkling speed. Whether you are trying to get into shape, become a smaller version or yourself or just looking to ride with some like-minded people, this is the ride for you.

WHO IS THIS RIDE FOR? You think Mondays are fun but you want more. This ride will expect the rider can maintain the pace so in that way it is a drop ride. There will likely be some climbs but nothing too long. The course chosen are usually longer loops with some climbing.

WHAT IS THE PACE? The pace is 1.5 - 2 w/kg. Feel free to ride ahead of the ride leader and regroup anytime. If you see a sprint on our course then feel free to hammer down - even the ride leader may partake. We will regroup immediately after.

Throwdown Thursday

This ride is fast but it is NOT a race - let’s call it a spirited pace. Still could be considered an endurance ride with a sprinkling speed. Whether you are trying to get into shape, become a smaller version or yourself or just looking to ride with some like-minded people, this is the ride for you.

WHO IS THIS RIDE FOR? You know what w/kg is and what plan on spending some time sweating. The course chosen will be a mixed bag of fast flats and hill climbing.

WHAT IS THE PACE? The pace is 2-3 w/kg. Yes you may even get dropped on a virtual ride but hanging on to a faster rider is where you learn and grow as a rider. And if you you have plenty in the tank and need to streatch your legs.Feel free to ride ahead of the ride leader and regroup anytime. If you see a sprint on our course then feel free to hammer down - even the ride leader may partake. We will regroup immediately after.
